OPERATING CONDITIONS
RATES
The values of this Tariff are commissionable to agencies, except those that are net transfers. Are stated in Argentine pesos and include taxes, with the same subject to change without notice as a result of possible changes in the costs of services. All sales are subject to the General Conditions of Alternative Tourism Choique ®, featured on the last page of this Tariff.
BOOKING REQUEST
For acceptance shall:
a) be sent via e-mail or in person on letterhead from the agency, and should not be a registered agency must send the application file number, TIN number and VAT front location.
b) Have all necessary data for processing. First and last names of passengers, hotel / is selected, the date of entry and exit, means of arrival, responsive services required etc.. Once confirmed, will be charged within 48 hours. 30% of total services by way of sign, otherwise it will be terminated and must pay the cancellation fees involved. 100% of the value of the reservation must be canceled 24 hours before arrival of the passenger.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVES
Any change that takes place once confirmed, will cause the following expenses:
a) Hotels and car rentals: $ 150. - by changing the date, category or room type.
b) Packages: are charged $ 120. - by changing the program, hotel, date, category and / or room type. At these prices, they should add the charges could come to collect the service providers. CANCELLATION: We charged $ 150. - Administrative costs, for the cancellation of any type of service booked. To this amount, you must add the costs could charge service providers and / or carriers.
BANK DEPOSITS IN PESOS

GENERAL CONDITIONS
a) APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS: 1) The price and / or booking of services that make the tour are subject to change without notice when there is a disruption in services, changes in costs or exchange rates provided by no fault of the parties. 2) All amounts paid before the final confirmation of services, are perceived as reservation (deposit). The final confirmation of services and prices will be produced with ticketing and / or orders and billing for services 3) The credit operations shall meet the requirements set for them. Failing the applicant must complete the payment of balances in the terms and conditions set forth in the contract.
b) PRICE INCLUDES: accommodation (if you include the package) in the establishment mentioned in the itineraries or others of equal or higher category, occupying single, double, triple, you sleep, etc.., as chosen rate, with bathroom or without private bath and taxes. Meal as indicated at every opportunity. Visits and excursions mentioned. Transfers to and from airport terminals and hotels, where indicated. The expected amount of days accommodation, taking into account that the day of accommodation is computed from fifteen hours and ends at ten o'clock the next day, regardless of time of arrival and departure and the full or fractional use thereof. The tour will be indicated in each case, on the first day, and as a last output including the day of departure to destination, regardless of time of departure or arrival on the first day or last.
c) SERVICES AND OTHER ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: 1) Extras, drinks, laundry, gratuities, port taxes, taxes on services, VAT and other taxes, current and / or future, or any service not expressly stated in service order issued by Alternative Tourism Choique ® 2) Stays, meals and / or additional expenses or damages resulting from cancellations, delays in departures or arrivals of transport, or for unforeseen reasons beyond the company. 3) Feeding route, except those expressly included in the programs. 4) The costs and interest on credit transactions.
d) LIMITATIONS ON RIGHT OF STAY: Alternative Tourism Choique ® reserves the right to leave the tour at any point on any passenger whose behavior, mode of action, health, or other serious reasons to believe the company cause danger or cause inconvenience to other passengers or to spoil the success of the tour or the normal development of the same.
e) DOCUMENTATION: For foreign travel is necessary to meet current legislation in each case. It is the responsibility of the agency inexcusable and reliably inform well in advance of the requirements required by immigration authorities, customs and health of the destinations included in the tour, being the sole responsibility of the passenger to have personal documentation required by the authorities mentioned above. For travel within the Argentine territory passengers must travel with a document allowed nationwide.
f) CANCELLATION: 1) In case of withdrawal of credit transactions will not refund the amounts paid by way of reports, administrative expenses, sealed and interests. 2) In the case of withdrawal affecting services hired by the agency, the reimbursement is subject to the same contractual conditions under which they serve their respective companies. In all cases of refunds, the agency may withhold the price of the expenses incurred plus 10% commission of the services contracted with third parties.
g) TRANSPORT NO REGULAR OR CHARTER: Applies the provisions of the above. Notwithstanding this, in these cases only refund the proportion of the price of land services (accommodation, boarding, hiking) as determined by the organizer according to the way providers operating services.
h) REGULAR TOURS AND / OR PRIVATE: If a regular tour and / or private is canceled by passengers will be refunded a proportion of the fee, according to the anticipation that has returned the voucher: From 24 am. previous to the departure time of vehicle: 70% From 48 hours. and up to 24 hours. before departure of the vehicle: 80% More than 48 hours: 90%. If this tour is canceled by the company reinstate the full amount paid. If a tour is suspended for reasons beyond their control (weather, accidents, etc..) i) ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER: The law that gives the customer the contract for tourist services, may be assigned or transferred to other people until 30 days before departure date, provided they are not precluded by the requirements of the transporter, the hotel or provider of services. In the cases that the passengers are of different ages (adults - children), will adjust the price according to tariff. In all cases of assignment or transfer, Alternative Tourism Choique ® may levy a surcharge of 10% of the agreed amount.
j) RESPONSIBILITY: 1) Alternative Tourism ® Choique expressly acting in an intermediary in the reservation or rental of the various services involved and included in the respective tour or reservation services: Accommodation, restaurants, means of transport or other providers. Nevertheless, the responsibilities of the company, whether as organizer or travel intermediary shall be determined under the provisions of the International Convention Relating to the Travel Contract approved by Law No. 19,918. 2) Alternative Tourism Choique ® is not responsible for the events that occur by accident or force majeure, weather or acts of nature that occur before or during the tour that prevent, delay or otherwise impede the full implementation or part of the services committed by the undertaking in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
k) ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS: 1) Alternative Tourism Choique ® reserves the right, for technical or operational reasons, to alter all or partially the daily and / or services that make the tour, before or during execution. 2) Unless otherwise expressly provided, accommodation provided may be changed for others of equal or higher grade within the urban center without charge to the passenger. For these variations the passenger is not entitled to compensation. 3) Alternative Tourism Choique ® may cancel any tour when some of the circumstances provided in Article 24 of Decree N º 2182/72 4. Once travel has commenced, suspension, modification or disruption of services by the passenger for personal reasons of any kind will not result in claims, refund or return.
l) ARBITRATION CLAUSE: Any dispute arising in connection with the celebration, performance, breach, extension or termination of this contract, may be submitted by the parties to the decision of the Court of Arbitration of the Argentina Association of Travel Agencies and Tourism / or courts of the province of Mendoza, expressly waiving the federal jurisdiction.
m) RULES OF APPLICATION: This contract, if the provision of services shall be governed exclusively by these General Conditions by Law N º 18,829 and its regulations and by the Convention of Brussels sprouts approved by Law N º 19,918. These conditions together with the other documents to be delivered to passengers make up the travel contract given in the said Convention.
